Maintain and Integrates cross-functional space information created by the management of drawing and research metric data. Master user and administrator of Archibus, Tableau, Webpage, Sign Agent, and Pro-Lease Software.
Services Provided:
- We provide secure, stable, and reliable space and research infrastructure and applications to support the mission of the Division.
- We support and enable project managers, senior leaders, and executive administrators with space and facility data.
- We simplify the technology experience for faculty, students, alumni, and staff.
- We identify, manage, and mitigate the technology risks
- We provide reporting related to space, expenditure, faculty, awards, etc.
